You will receive a confirmation e-mail right after your booking request.
How far in advance should I book?
The early you book the better. There are days fully booked months in advance.
What languages are available for the excursions?
Our tours and services are available in English language.
But let us know if you want it in another language. Additional charges may apply.
Can I book a private group tour?
Of course, you can. Private tours are available on request. There are several available options to customize the tour length, start times, distance, locations. Do not hesitate to contact us through our e-mail or call us.
Will there be other guests on the private tour?
All tours are privately booked per group, so you can enjoy your experience on your own, with your families or friends.
Do you stop for any breaks?
Yes,there is a possibility for smoking and photo stops during the tours.
Are tours suitable for people with disabilities and difficulties?
Unfortunately currently our tours are not available for people with disabilities and difficulties.
Are the tours suitable for children?
As long as they can keep up with the group, they are more than welcome.
In which currency is the payment made?
Payment will be made in Euros.
Can I request a customized tour, not listed on your website?
Yes, we offer the best getaway deals in Crete: you are welcome to request a preferred tour and our travel agent will advise on it by providing you with the best solution.

Are you a licensed agency?
Tours in Heraklion is licensed by the GreekTourism Authority to operate incoming travel services. Our operators license number is ΜΗΤΕ 1039E70000320400 and this is clearly displayed on the website.
We are not sure which tour to book, can you help us decide?

What if we lose an item during our trip?
We are not responsible for your items,but if you forget something in the van,we try to ensure you’ll receive your lost item in time before your departure from Crete,or we will send it back to your country address.
Will our guides be with us the entire time?
Yes, we stay due the tour along with our group,except in the archaeological sites and museums.
